SABOREA. GASTRONOMIC AND SUSTAINABLE TOURIST DESTINATIONS is a European project of the Interreg MAC 2014-2020 program that aims to conserve, protect, promote and develop the natural and cultural heritage. The project also aims to recover, revive and promote the gastronomic and cultural links of the MAC Atlantic Area (origins of dishes, products, techniques, etc.). The exchange of knowledge will make it possible to generate an Atlantic cuisine of its own, with a shared central core, will foster relations between entities and professionals and will enrich gastronomy.
